Try the Category of Employment Agencies Temporary Jobs

from: www.employmentexposed.com

There are many industries, and all of them are categorized accordingly. This article will demonstrate the category of employment agencies: temporary.

What is it about the category of employment agencies: temporary? There are several employment agencies which specifically cater to offering temporary work. These are reffered to as temp or temporary employment agencies.

Such agencies cater to individuals who have attained a high school education and above. Many of these agencies in the category of employment agencies: temporary also afford services to professionals seeking short-term or part time employment.

Labour Hire is under the category of employment agencies: temporary. This is a temporary employment agency with its own specialization. The term “Labour Hire” applies to outsourcing skilled and unskilled blue-collar workers for temporary work. Many of them are assigned to light industrial jobs. Many applicants use these temporary work to gain valuable experience and skills in check sorting, forklift driving, parts assembly, shipping and welding.

Another example of a specialized temporary employment agency is the medical staffing agency which offers certified, skilled and licensed medical individualss for health facilities like hospice, rehabilitation and nursing facilities. Jobs in this type of agency range from general practitioners to radiologists, and even to dental assistants.

From the medical staffing agencies, there are some other agencies with an even limited group of applicants and companies. Good examples of which agencies are for licensed vocational nurses (LVN) and for certified nursing assistants (CNA.) Nurse staffing agencies will cater to Critical Care or Intensive Care Facilities, Family Practices, hospitals for Internal Medicine, Labour and Delivery Clinics, etc.

On a much broader scale, temporary employment agencies also offer work in the food service industry, with jobs for bus boys / girls, cashiers, food servers, hosts / hostess and waiters / waiters. Clerical work, desk jobs or white collar jobs are for copy writers, technical writers, encoders, secretaries and transcription handlers. Janitorial and maintenance work for carpenters, sanitation personnel, landscape artists, home painters and window washers.

Such agencies under the category of employment agencies: temporary offer valuable service to hiring companies by offering background checks and skills testing. Temp agencies also offer a much wider array of available work to qualified jobseekers that might not have access to job listings or postings.

Although there are several temp agencies all over the country whose listings can be found in phone directories and websites, temporary employment agencies will have to conduct preliminary interviews and skills testing. This means that the applicants will have to apply for a job in person and take about an hour of testing.
